Agrish expands adult bed-rail recall to three models
The expanded US recall covers models 12014, AG-12011 and 12016, including units in a January 2026 recall.
What the primary source says
CPSC has announced an expansion of Agrish's US adult portable bed-rail recall. Models 12014, AG-12011 and 12016 are affected, covering 35,083 units including 5,000 recalled in January 2026. The rails were sold on Amazon from April 2025 to May 2026.
Reported failures include entrapment and asphyxiation risks, structural or strap failures that can cause falls, and push-pin laceration risks. CPSC records one fall report involving AG-12011. Owners should stop using affected rails and contact Agrish Direct for a full refund, following the official disposal instructions. This is a material expansion of an earlier recall, not the first action involving these rails. It does not establish UK recall coverage.
Why it matters
The useful distinction
Owners who checked the earlier recall should check again because additional units and models are now included.
